We’re all for gritty, raw, and real—until that grit ends up in your teeth. The humble leek is a flavour powerhouse, but its layered, dirt-trapping personality means it needs a proper wash before you throw it into anything buttery and garlicky (as you absolutely should). Because no one—and we mean no one—enjoys the unexpected crunch of sand mid-meal.

So here’s a super simple trick to help you cut and clean your leek like a pro.
Sand-free. Stress-free. Sensational.

Adore a spot of seasoning but just need more flavour razzle dazzle than old mates s+p can give you??

*smokey everything seasoning enters the chat* 💬

This weeks is the flavour bomb you need in your life & pantry. An all weather stunner who’s just at home tucked into your omelette as she is sprinkled on your chippies or adorning avo on toast.
Make once, try, look skyward and murmur “bless those pigs” & never suffer a bland moment again.

🧂 + 🍷
Feeling the pressure to give thoughtful & useful gifts this festive season?

There’s no need to be salty with our easy & rather fabulous red wine infused salt recipe. It’s deeply complex (two ingredients + a lil drying time 😏), smells rather great & is very delicious sprinkled over crispy roast potatoes, a succulent turkey roll or on popcorn if you really want to go crayyyyyyzeee.

It feels thoughtful, a little bit fancy & makes for perfect teacher or secret Santa gifting. Hand it out at Christmas and watch people pretend they’re not immediately planning to dip a finger in the jar and taste it.
