Sunday coffee looking a little extra pretty ☕️

Good espresso, silky milk and a bit of latte art to start the day.

Every season has its favourite. As the warmer months roll in, our slow-cooked lamb shank is taking its winter bow.

Tender meat falling from the bone, red wine jus, creamy mash and a little chimichurri. Comfort on a plate, made for the cooler nights we are about to leave behind.

On the menu until the end of next week, or while stock lasts. Once it is gone, it rests until next season.

Dinner, Wednesday to Saturday.

Thank you, Dads!

A big thank you to all the amazing dads, families and friends who celebrated Father’s Day with us at Stanley.

It was wonderful to see the café so full of good food, great coffee, conversations and family moments throughout the day. We loved being part of your celebrations and hope every Dad enjoyed a well-deserved treat and including a drink on us.

Thank you as well to everyone who joined our Father’s Day Lucky Draw and helped make the week even more special.

Something new on the pass, for dinner.

Crisp-skinned WA barramundi, resting on a house-made roasted capsicum sauce. Confit garlic, blistered cherry tomatoes and olives to finish.

Local fish, done simply, done well. On the dinner menu now.
