Beautiful crop of Amaranth and some nice lighting really highlighting the incredible colour this variety has - NO Ai enhancements or modification needed of the raw image. These are 12 days from seed. How goes your Amaranth ?

This weeks Peppermint Microgreens - live potted. They take a fair ol while to grow but are a very cool microgreen. The seed is almost like dust, but thankfully rather keen to grow once germinated provided there's sufficient warmth. Do you grow mint ? :-)

Dinner last night here down under. One of our favourite things to do with microgreens ; infuse them with some sauce, olive oil, salt n pepper.as a garnish. Add some cut cherry tomatoes for some extra zing. This image is mostly original but I couldn't help but to leave the Ai cherry tomatoes on - because ! Whats your favourite way to use microgreens in your dishes? 😋

Sometimes your coolest discovery comes by accident and this slide out end only access of things was admittedly one of those occasions...we just happen to have shelves a certain distance apart and one time when sliding out the trays it was like - lightbulb moment ! Never looked back since, game changer for us. This then spurred in the idea to integrate airwalls. It ended up being a magnificent and unique space saving synergy with real utlity. Who else has experienced such moments and what were they ? 💡

Lemon Balm. It's a heavenly lemon scented Microgreen thats absolutely awesome when you nail it and cheffies absolutely adore it atop sweat treats. Can be a bit challenging, it especially does not like the cooler temps and so if you're struggling maybe that's the only change you need to make. How grows it for you ? 😊

Even I had to double check to be sure but yes 100% - Celery microgreens go from from tiny leaflets on the left, aged 2 weeks, to full size microgreens just 7 days later! These 2 images are the exactly same tray 1 week apart. They do almost nothing for 1st the 7 days. Do you grow celery microgreens? 😮

So we discovered the absolute capacity limit in our delivery vehicle tonight - 102 boxes. Maximum utility ! We literally had to stack to boxes to the roof on passenger seat as the cargo hold was chockers. Kaching 😀

Lemon Balm Microgreens - live potted. These have arguably the most incredible scent of all microgreens and awesome lemon citrus hit on the palate. Awesome on deserts or where ever a slice of lemon might otherwise find itself. Grown in optimised conditions you can expect your crops to grow to this stage in around 2-2.5 weeks how long are yours taking ?
