Have you tried our Beef Carpaccio?

Using beef sourced from Dardanup in Western Australia's South West region and served with black garlic aioli, cured egg, crispy capers and potato wafers. This dish has been a Rustico Tapas favourite for a long time.

For those with dietaries, this dish is also gluten and dairy free!
