Did the catering for a 70th Birthday for a good friend who had a fabulous menu..she had Cocktail potato chops and Meat samosas for starters and the Mains were..Green Masala Beef meat ball curry, Butter Chicken,beef Croquettes, Sorpotel and Sannas,cabbage and Green peas fugath and yellow pilaf ..for dessert we made some Italian Tirramissu and home made Gulab jammuns..Well done team on another very successful function.

Did Another very successful function for 120 guests, mostly Doctors and Nurses, over 3 days at the Glory Orchard Farm near Bindoon..brekky lunch and dinner..The guests were very polite and thankful as they enjoyed our meals including Soups.. specially the Thai Sweet potato soup..and the Buffet of Morrocan Chicken with Kalamatta Olives, veggies and preserved lemon, Roast Pork red wine gravy and Crackle, Nancys special yellow pilaf Rice and Penne Carbonara Bake..for dessert we had Chocolate Brownies with pecan nut butter scotch sauce and fresh Mango Pannacotta..Thanks to our excellent team for doing a great job..
