One thing I do love about time off in winter is I get to make fresh pierogis for dinner!!!

It’s our final night in South Perth Streats of the season, it should be a beautiful night (better than last weekend), pop down for a cheeky poutine before we go into hibernation for the winter!!! Only a few public events left before winter and then our trading days are rare until October!

South Perth StrEats is ON tonight!

The forecast for this afternoon is potential light drizzle at most, and we’re going ahead as planned.

Many of our amazing vendors experienced significant losses yesterday due to cancelled events, and some have had further cancellations today - so if you’ve been thinking about coming down, this is a beautiful chance to show a little community support ❤️.

Grab your brollies, rug up, and join us by the foreshore. Even if it’s just a quick takeaway dinner, every visit makes a real difference to our small local businesses.

We’ll be keeping an eye on the weather throughout the evening. If conditions worsen, we may close early - so please check our page for updates, but we will be there.

• No unauthorised vehicles on the reserve. Anyone attempting to drive in will be reported to rangers or police.
• Dogs must stay on leads and all dog waste must be disposed of properly.
• Parking: We recommend carpooling, walking if you're local, or using public transport. Overflow parking is $2 coin (unlimited time, EFTPOS not always available). Coode St Carpark offers the first hour free. These carparks are not managed by us - please direct any feedback to the City of South Perth.
• Cycle path safety: Look both ways when crossing. Cyclists are encouraged to slow down near the event.
• Bins:
– Red = general waste
– Light green = Containers for Change (cans & bottles)
Please don’t leave rubbish on the ground. If a bin is full, use another or take it home. Let’s keep the foreshore beautiful.
• Please keep our furniture and activities onsite (chairs, tables, games, books stay within the event area).
• BYO is allowed and there are local businesses nearby to purchase from.
• Drink responsibly and place empty containers in the light green bins.
