- Dark cocoa cake with hazelnut praline buttercream, dark chocolate ganache with toasted hazelnuts

- Coconut lemon cake with coconut buttercream and passionfruit curd

- Vanilla sponge with butterscotch buttercream, creamy biscoff and biscoff crumbles

- Chocolate cake with salted caramel buttercream and dulce de leche

- Red velvet cake with white chocolate buttercream and raspberry jam

- Lemon cake with lemon buttercream and lemon curd

- Dark choc mud cake with vanilla bean buttercream, dark choc ganache and chocolate crumbles

- White chocolate mud cake with vanilla bean buttercream and strawberry jam
