Message from the Rainbow Futures WA Patron Narelda Jacobs OAM 🌈
Narelda Jacobs is a q***r icon and Perthonality and she is encouraging all members of the community here in Boorloo to join us in the ancient wetlands to dance amongst the reeds and ripples of the bilya.
Narelda most recently spoke at Rainbow Futures' Inaugural IDAHOBIT Lecture about the issues that First Nations q***rs experience in traditionally q***r spaces, the different layers of racism and q***rphobia we have to navigate.
Ngalak Nidja Bilya is a solution to this, a safe space for First Nations Q***r folks and our supporters/allies to come together to share culture, connection, art and joy.
