A rustic loaf made with malted flour for its deep colour and malty flavour, baked with pepitas, fennel and sunflower seeds for a wholesome texture and nutty aroma.

Spring menu’s landing soon 🌿 Before it does — here’s to 400g The Phat Wag full blood 9+MS Wagyu Striploin, the one you couldn’t stop ordering all winter.

And one of your favourite: Kipfler and pinenut gnocchi, jerusalem artichoke cream, local mushrooms, fried sage & fresh true.
