Congratulations to another Sydney Small Business Hero finalist – Pasticceria Dolce Mia, an Italian bakery in Jamisontown, Penrith.

The slogan on the shopfront window sums it up beautifully – ‘elegance in a cake’.
Mel and her team at Dolce Mia work six days a week, making the most decadent pastries, cannoli, cheesecakes and traditional Italian biscuits.
