Lately, we've noticed a lot of AI-generated food pictures online, and people asking us to recreate cakes that are AI-generated. While technology has its place, we want to share a promise with you: we will always keep it real on our feed.
What you see on our page is exactly what’s waiting for you on your plate.
Living and working on Kangaroo Island, we are deeply aware of how precious our natural resources are. Creating AI images can be surprisingly water-intensive using anywhere from 2 to 50 litres of water per image. In a beautiful, fragile environment like ours, saving every drop matters. We’d much rather see that water supporting our local land and community.
Behind every dish and cup we serve are real chefs, local suppliers, and baristas who know your order by heart. To us, those real connections and authentic flavors mean so much more than a "perfect" computer-generated image.
