Are you a hospitality professional who loves variety, thrives in a bustling atmosphere, and is looking for career progression? We are seeking a passionate and reliable all-rounder to work across our Bar, Bistro and Gaming Room.
This isn’t just another casual role, we are looking for someone with the drive and capability to step up into a supervisory role.
The Role
As a core part of our front of house team, your shifts will be dynamic and varied, you will be responsible for:
Bistro & Bar: providing warm customer service, taking food and beverage orders, pouring drinks and delivering meals.
Gaming Lounge: looking after gaming patrons, processing Keno transactions, and ensuring strict regulatory compliance.
Venue Standards: general setup, clearing tables, cash handling, and keeping the venue immaculate and welcoming.
What You Bring:
Qualifications: RSA & RCG
Background: prior experience in a fast-paced hospitality environment (bar, bistro, or gaming) is preferred.
Flexibility: the availability to work split shifts, nights, and weekends.
Drive: a genuine passion for the industry, a sharp eye for detail, and the ambition to lead a team.
