We don’t do spectacle.

On June 27 we’re in the truffle grove with 30 people, a winemaker, and a chef who genuinely loves what he does.

The evening starts with a truffle hunt in the grove. Cocktails and conversation follow around the drum fire in the paddock. Then inside to the long table with the wood fire crackling in the room.

Dan Pannell from Picardy joins us to talk wine, pairing, and the craft behind the glass. Executive Chef Ardal introduces every dish. Special guests are still to be announced.
