Join our kitchen team at Hidden River Estate!

Hidden River Estate is a boutique w**ery, restaurant and function venue nestled among the beautiful Karri forests of Pemberton, Western Australia. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Chef to join our team in a long-term position.

Our restaurant offers a modern European menu with Middle Eastern influences, with a strong focus on fresh, seasonal and locally sourced produce, quality ingredients, presentation and consistency.

What we are looking for-

• An experienced Chef with strong commercial kitchen experience
• Passion for fresh, seasonal produce and quality food
• Good knowledge of kitchen operations, food preparation and food safety
• Ability to lead and support the kitchen team during service
• Ability to work independently and as part of a professional team
• Reliable, organised and calm under pressure
• A positive attitude and willingness to contribute ideas
• Experience in restaurant, w**ery or function environments is an advantage
