A crunchy cereal crust coating a juicy prawn with a sweet tangy dipping sauce. This recipe is a guaranteed crowd pleaser and a perfect starter to any meal. Get ingredients delivered within minutes with the Needly app​.

Ingredients​
- 1kg extra large green tiger prawns, peeled​
- ¼ cup coconut milk​
- 1 garlic clove, crushed​
- ¼ cup plum sauce​
- ½ long chilli, deseeded and chopped​
- 1 tbsp sesame oil (optional)​
- 1 lime, zested and juiced​
- ½ cup corn flour​
- 1 egg, whisked​
- 1 tbsp milk​
- 3 cups cornflakes, coarsely crushed​
- Olive oil or vegetable oil for frying​

Method​
- To straighten the prawns, take a sharp knife and make a series of cuts on the underside of the prawn. Bend it backwards or flatten on your chopping board to lengthen.​
- In a medium bowl, add the coconut milk, garlic, prawns and season well with salt and pepper. Mix to combine, then refrigerate until ready to use.​
- Make the sauce by combining the plum sauce, chilli, sesame oil and lime zest and juice. Set aside until ready to use.​
- To crumb, set up 3 shallow bowls. Add cornflour to the first bowl, egg and milk to the second, and the crushed cornflakes to the third.​
- Dip each prawn into cornflour (dust off excess), followed by egg and finally in the cornflakes. Set aside on a tray.​
- Heat a large frying pan over medium high heat. Add enough olive oil or vegetable oil to coat the base. When the oil is hot, fry the prawns in batches until golden brown and cooked through. Transfer to a paper towel lined plate or rack.​
- Serve warm, with the plum sauce.

Ingredients​

- 1 1/2 cups pearl couscous​
- 1 1/2 tablespoons red wine vinegar​
- 425g can John West Chunk Style Tuna in Olive Oil Blend, drained, reserving 1 1/2 tablespoons oil​
- 1 cup roasted red capsicum chunks​
- 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves​
- 2 cups watercress leaves​
- 200g haloumi, sliced in 1/2 cm thick slices​

Method​
- Cook pearl couscous following packet directions. Drain and cool.​
- Combine red wine vinegar and reserved tuna oil to make a dressing and set aside.​
- Combine ingredients, except haloumi in a large serving bowl. Drizzle with dressing.​
- Heat a large non-stick frypan, spray with oil and cook haloumi for 1 minute on each side or until golden. Add to salad. Serve immediately.​

Healthy, easy and great tasting! Tuna, brown rice, zucchini and cannellini bean patties are a great alternative to traditional burgers. Try serving in a salad bowl as a change from buns. Get ingredients delivered in minutes from the Needly app.​​


Ingredients​
1 small zucchini, grated​
2 x 95g can John West Light Tuna Tempters in Springwater, drained​
400g can Edgell Cannellini Beans, drained​
1/2 cup breadcrumbs​
1 egg​
2 tablespoons mayonnaise​
1 clove garlic, crushed​
3/4 cup cooked brown rice (or 115g microwave brown rice tub, heated following packet directions)​
2 spring onions, chopped​
1 teaspoon ground cumin​
2 tablespoons olive oil​

Method​

- Place zucchini in a sieve and remove as much water from zucchini as possible. - Place zucchini, John West Light Tuna and Edgell Cannellini Beans in a food processor. Blitz until just combined.​
- Add breadcrumbs, egg, mayonnaise and garlic and blitz again for 30 seconds to combine.​
- Add heated rice, spring onion and cumin. Process for 30 seconds until combined, do not over process. The mixture should be moist and hold together. If too sticky and wet add more breadcrumbs.​
- Using a 1/2 cup to measure, shape into burger style patties and allow to firm in fridge for 30 minutes.​

This is not your traditional pancake recipe, but instead a recipe that is high in fibre, protein, vitamins and minerals – a deliciously nutritious way to start your day! 🌞​

Ingredients​
- 200 g ripe banana​
- 2 large eggs​
- 1/2 tsp baking powder​
- 1/2 cup quick rolled oats​

Method​
- Preheat a medium non-stick frying pan over a medium heat.​
- In a blender, blend together all the ingredients until nice and smooth.​
- Pour 2 x ¼ cup mixture into the pan, forming small pancake circles.​
- After two minutes or when just golden, flip.​
- Cook for another 2 minutes or until done.​
- Set aside on a plate and repeat with the remaining pancake batter.​
- Serve with your favourite toppings.

8 Serves*​
- 1 onion, diced​
- 1 carrot, diced​
- 1 celery stalk, diced​
- 1 tsp cumin​
- 1 tsp oregano​
- 1 capsicum, diced​
- 400 g canned black beans, drained and rinsed​
- 400 g canned kidney beans, drained and rinsed​
- 400 g canned chickpeas, drained and rinsed​
- 500 ml tomato puree​
- 1 tbsp chipotle sauce​
- 1 cup tasty cheese, shredded​
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped for garnish​
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved for garnish​
- 2 packets mini corn tortillas​
- extra virgin olive oil spray​

Guacamole:​
- 1 avocado​
- 2 tbsp coriander, chopped​
- 1 tsp pickled jalapenos, chopped​
- 1 small red onion, chopped​
- 1 lime, juiced​

👨‍🍳 Method​

- Preheat the oven to 150C fan force.​
- In a saucepan over medium heat, drizzle olive oil and sweat the onions, carrot and celery. When softened, add the cumin, oregano, capsicum, black beans, kidney beans and chickpeas. Cook for 7-8 minutes then add the chipotle and tomato puree.​
- To make the tortilla chips, cut the corn tortillas into small wedges. Spray with olive oil, and bake in the oven for 10-15 minutes or until crispy.​
- To make the guacamole, scoop out the avocado and mash with the back of a fork, then add the red onion, jalapenos, lime juice and coriander. Season with salt and pepper. Refrigerate until ready to use.​
- Preheat the oven to 200C.​
- On a baking tray or dish, spread the tortilla chips evenly on the base, sprinkle some cheese, followed by the bean mix and a little extra cheese on top. Bake until the cheese has melted. Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly before adding the guacamole, cherry tomatoes, and coriander. Serve immediately.

There is no doubt that dinner tastes better when eaten with family and nothing beats this sizzling cheesy take on traditional Fajitas; a real family favourite. ​

🍎Ingredients​

- 300 g chicken breast fillets, trimmed​
- 40 g packet Fajita seasoning​
- 1 x packet of red, green & yellow capsicums, cut into thin strips​
- 1/2 cup grated Mozzarella cheese​


👨‍🍳 Method​


- Preheat oven 180C.​
- Cut the chicken fillets lengthways into tenders and then toss with the fajita seasoning.​
- In a large non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat, cook the chicken for 2 minutes.​

- Add the capsicums and cook stirring occasionally for 4 minutes or just until tender.​

- Spoon the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle with cheese before baking for 8 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and the cheese golden and bubbling.​

- Serve sprinkled with fresh coriander, or lime wedges. Add a simple garden salad of Cos lettuce, sliced tomatoes and avocado with a handful of your family’s favourite corn chips for a meal that is dressed to impress!

Sweet, spicy, buttery chicken. This simple marinade has it all.

Ingredients​
- 3 tbsp (50g) butter, softened​
- ¼ cup white miso​
-5 garlic cloves, crushed​
- ½ tsp smoked paprika​
- 2-3 tbsp sriracha​
- 2 tsp brown sugar​
- 8 chicken thigh fillets​
- 3 green onions, finely sliced​
-2 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted​
-2 limes, quartered​

Method​
- Preheat the oven to 190°C.​
- Combine the butter, miso, garlic, paprika, sriracha and brown sugar in a large bowl and mix until well combined.​
- Add chicken to the bowl and massage the miso-butter mixture all over it.​
- Place chicken in a single layer in a roasting tray and place into the oven. Roast for 30-40 minutes, making sure to baste 2-3 times in between.​
- When the tops are charred and crisp and the chicken cooked, remove from the oven and sprinkle spring onions and sesame seeds on top.​
- Serve with lime wedges.

These colourful, healthy burgers are really going to help you get your grill on this last days of summer. ​

​Ingredients​

- 500 g beef mince ​
- 80 g baby spinach leaves ​
- 80 g sun-dried tomatoes, chopped​
- 1 egg, beaten​

Method​
- In a large bowl, place all the ingredients and season well with sea salt and cracked pepper.​
- Divide the mixture into 4 equal portions.​
- Roll each into a ball and then flatten with the palm of your hand, so they are roughly 1 cm thick.​
- Using your thumb, make an indentation into the centre of the patty (this helps to keep the patties a consistent thickness when cooking).​
- Once made, place on a plate and refrigerate for 30 minutes.​
- Preheat the BBQ to high.​
- Place the patties directly on the grill and press down with the back of a spatula.​
- Reduce heat to medium, cook for 5 minutes, turn and gently press down again, cooking for another 5 minutes.​
- When the patties are cooked through, remove from the BBQ and set aside, covered with foil, to rest.
