Well hello there! 👋 It’s been a while since I’ve posted — I’ve been busy behind the scenes getting ready for some upcoming catering jobs. 🦐🍗🔥

So I thought it was time to bring out one of my favourites — Cafe Du Blueza Blackened Salmon.

A little Cajun spice, a whole lot of flavour and that gorgeous blackened crust. 🔥🐟 It’s seriously good!

And while I’ve been busy cooking for upcoming events, it got me thinking… maybe you’ve got a party coming up? 🎉
