Dear Customers,

We sincerely apologise for the incident today when one of our staff members did not allow a women and her guide dog to enter the restaurant.

Although this is the first time we have faced such a situation, there is no excuse for our restaurant’s mistake today. We apologise for not providing our staff with thorough guidance on this regulation, which is why some employees were unaware of it and made this error today.

We are truly sorry and will ensure that all staff are properly trained to prevent an unfortunate incident like this from happening again.
