On our Gold Coast trip we managed to stay in the lovely Mantra Sharks, which has interconnecting rooms for families and the cute kids rooms is shark themed! (See last photo)

Not far from Mantra, there is the and AND opposite it, there is this little unassuming Lebanese bakery which freshly bakes lots of yummy goodies. It opens at 7am, they serve a variety of grilled Lebanese bread (Manoushi), with an equal selection of vegetarian and meat options.

We had a haloumi/cucumber/olive/ tomato option the first day (and had to go back for more because the kids love it), then we went back the next day to get their lamb/cheese/tomato/ olives/lemon/chilli manoushi and their chicken/garlic/ pickles/cheese manoushi, as well as kiddos’ “old fav” of cucumber/ haloumi/ tomato/ olive!

If you are near Gold Coast Hospital/ Griffith Uni GC / Mantra Sharks, you should definitely check them out! I think they also got an outlet in as well!
