3 years of service at our 757 Swanston St Cafe it’s time to shut the doors.
On March 31st we officially and with a heavy heart close our doors. But when one door shuts another door opens .... 🚪
We start a new adventure as we begin to prepare our next project for opening (511 Hampton Street) a breakfast eatery w/ seriously good coffee (). Excited, eager and thrilled Gabby and myself can’t wait to write some new chapters in this crazy book we call life.
From the very bottom of our hearts we want to thank you all.
Firstly, our customers not only have you brought us joy, you’ve brought us friendship and you’ve shared your amazing stories over a simple cup of our brew. We feel so privileged to have created such a beautiful customer base whom have become more like a family.
Your support over the years has been incredible. You provided us with the will to come back stronger after the horrendous COVID closure periods.
Secondly, our unbelievably wonderful suppliers. To say you’ve gone above and beyond for us is an understatement. The amazing connections we’ve made with you all is beautiful. It’s one big family whom have supported each other through thick and thin.
Thirdly, our Brew Sis family of amazing baristas. Just woah I dont even know what to say. Every shift was beaming with laughter, story sharing and hard work! You are all amazing souls whom we will never forgot and can never thank enough.
Fourthly, our friends & partners understanding
Lastly, Andy. You’ve seen him - the little man helping us around the place. At the drop of a hat he’d be there to lend a helping hand. Dad you are our angel and saviour!
In saying all this - we can’t wait to see you all for a bev at Snappy. Keep smiling and we will keep in touch.
