The art of south Indian cooking started in all our ancient homes by every one of our artistic Apathas (Ancestral Grand Mothers), from whom we all learnt the art of cooking. The great artists do beautiful arts & paintings by playing with color combinations and the great musicians play with various raaga and thaala combinations to give wonderful musics. as were also talented culinary artists who cooked mouth watering dishes by playing with herbs and spices combinations to create balanced six key tastes
Sweet,
Sour,
Salty,
Bitter,
Pungent and
Astringent in every South Indian dishes. South Indian dishes are not only food, it always have medicinal values to heal and maintain good health and mind as we eat. This ancient South Indian scientific, holistic and tasty cooking method is very unique only to all our Apathas who created Every Day Emotional Craving in everyone of us.

Hi All, Due to the Covid severity of the spread and based on the NSW government orders, we will be closed for another two weeks. We will be opening after 30th July 2021. Extremely sorry for disappointing you all. More than you all we are more disappointed due to this temporary closure. Looking forward to see you all after two weeks.
