An evening to remember at the Merimbula Wharf. 🌊✨

Our Under the Sea celebration brought the whole Toast family together for a night of great food, plenty of laughs, and a deeper appreciation for the incredible ocean that surrounds us.

We loved learning more about the local marine life and the people working to protect this beautiful coastline. Feeling grateful to be part of such a special community and to call the Sapphire Coast home.
A huge thank you to everyone who helped make the night so memorable. 💙🐚

She’s a true local. Her first hospo job was at Sprout in Eden when she was just 13!

After travelling around Australia, she made her way back home and joined the Toast team almost a year ago. Now you’ll find her across both venues - behind the bar as a barista, running the floor, or in the kitchen making it all happen with the Chefs 🤍
