Good hospitality creates a feeling, and we care a lot about that feeling.

We’re on the lookout for a few new faces to join the team across both Eden Ground + Café Pambula.

We’ve got casual or permanent barista roles available for people who feel at home behind the machine, love working in a fast-paced café environment, and genuinely enjoy looking after people.

We work with , seasonal food, and spaces built around connection, consistency, and community. We geek out over coffee, care about the details, and back each other as a team.

We’re looking for people with strong coffee experience, consistency under pressure, and a calm, grounded approach to hospitality.
