I NEED this if anyone wants to buy it for us 😅 🙏 Clarke Barrett is an amazing Outback artist. The middle picture is Packsaddle yarning circle and the highway 🤩 I thought it was a photo.

“The Finest Care To The Furthest Corner And The Darling Baaka River”; acrylic paints on 3 old windmill blades; 1.5m high x 1.2m wide x 7cms deep. It will be auctions by Marg Symes to fundraise for the BH RFDS Wellbeing Place on 19 September at the BH Democratic Club starting at 7.30pm Central Time. If you are not in BH, try contacting the Wellbeing Place to express an interest in any of the artworks being auctioned: 08 8080 3700 or 0439 515 247. The artwork actually looks much better in person! It was hard to take a really accurate quality photo due to the light glaring off at least one of the multiple curved surfaces no matter how the blades were placed.

We need Federal funding to fix our road problems out here. It amazes me that the Cobb Highway between Wilcannia and Ivanhoe could be built properly at the same time , yet we’re still dealing with these issues every time it rains.
I guess it all comes down to funding — and where you live. 😩
It would be great to have our Federal Member Jamie Chaffey’s support in getting the funding our region desperately needs. 🤞🙂
Reliable roads aren’t a luxury out here — they’re essential!
