G’day everyone,Just wanted to give you all an update on the progress of Brother Jacks. We’re getting closer each week, with only a few small trade jobs left to be completed before the painters come in to finish the final touches.We’ve secured a great team, including a talented pastry chef, a chef, and an experienced front-of-house person. They’re joining us from Fiji and bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge in the hospitality industry. We’re excited to have them on board, as they share the same passion and vision for Brother Jacks as we do.Brother Jacks will bring a fresh vibe and unique style to Ouyen, and we can’t wait to share it with the community.We’re aiming for a soft opening in mid-June with limited service. Our full team will be arriving in late July—once they’re here, we’ll be ready to hit the ground running and really get the show on the road!Our vision is clear: to create something special for Ouyen and help put our town on the map. Thanks for your continued support—we’re nearly there!

Ouyen is set to host drag queen bingo this October, featuring online-only ticket sales and catering exclusively to adults. Invite friends to join you for a unique night of entertainment, promising laughter and merriment that will linger long after the event. Tickets become available in August.
