Today, as Dr. Q’s Kitchen celebrates its 3rd anniversary, I want to take a moment to say one simple but heartfelt word: Thank you.

Thank you to every customer who has supported us, walked alongside us, and shown us so much love over the past three years.

Thank you for every kind word about our food, every constructive suggestion that has helped us improve, and every personal story you have shared with us — before and after your travels, and through the ups and downs of everyday life.

Over the years, Dr. Q’s Kitchen has become more than just a place to enjoy Vietnamese food. It has become a place where stories, memories, laughter, and sometimes even difficult moments are shared.

I have listened, laughed, learned, and grown alongside so many of you.

Every conversation, every familiar face, and every kind message has given me the strength to keep going.
