Suitable for all ages and lovers of food.

I’ve blended together two of my most popular classes into one fun, relaxed little afternoon.

If you missed my cheese class or one of my chocolate classes, this is a lovely chance to get a taste of both in one combined session (and who doesn’t love eating cheese and chocolate😊).

This is a smaller, last-minute class, so it’ll be a lovely relaxed group where we can make a bit, taste a bit, laugh a lot, share my famous recipes and everyone takes home a box of what they make.
Everything is provided.

Hello everyone,
Happy Spring! its time to kick off my delicious chocolate classes again for the season and I cant wait!

I am going to squeeze a CHOCOLATE AND CHEESE CLASS in next SUNDAY 20TH SEPT in Lawrence.
$85 pp - 1PM - 1.5 HOUR CLASS - EVERYTHING PROVIDED - LIMITED SPACES -DETAILS BELOW - MESSAGE TO BOOK.

As always a super fun afternoon of hands on making and tasting delicious chocolate and cheese, I share my secret recipes with you all and everyone takes their own box of handmade goodies home + recipe cards so you can make to your hearts content.

I will be posting my class calendar up to the end of Summer soon and booking are coming fast for Christmas party and social clubs, so if you have a special date in mind for a private class (min 6 people) where I come to you...... feel free to message me to save your date.

Thank you to all my wonderful customers for another sold out cake run😊 (seems white chocolate and raspberry ripple and lemon curd are still the favourites, followed very closely by dark chocolate and raspberry).
I hope many a happy belly is filled tomorrow for Father’s Day.
Love seeing all my customers again, 10 years of making your cakes has been a true pleasure 💕

Hello everyone,
Happy first day of Spring 🌼
I’m excited for a new season, lots of fun classes coming and I will be kicking off Spring with a Father’s Day Belgian chocolate cheesecake run on Sat 5th Sept (so they are nice a and ready for Sunday) .

Flavours will be :
-Dark chocolate raspberry ripple
-White chocolate raspberry ripple
-Dark chocolate salted caramel
-White chocolate salted caramel
-White chocolate lemon curd
-Dark chocolate caramel latte
-White chocolate caramel latte

$85 each (plus $3 delivery)

I will be doing a delivery run from Lawrence via Milton to Clutha then home via Clydevale (and places between) 😊

You can also collect your cakes from Matau Garden Centre & Florist where you can grab some fabulous Father’s Day fishing gear and other goodies at the same time.

Happy to slice your cakes in half and add an extra box if you would like to share or freeze for later.

Thank you to all the creative adults and kids that came along to the edible terrarium classes on the weekend.
It was soooo much fun and the creations you all made were out of this world!
We had everything from snails, to deers, to sea themed terrariums, caterpillars, Forrest, snakes and everything in between.
So much creativity😁

These classes are as great themed birthday party’s if you are wanting a private class, feel free to message for more info. I can also make party packs that can be posted.
Nothing beats an edible tiny world !

Thanks as always to the The Wild Walnut for their cozy space for my classes.

Next group classes will be end of July and private classes are always available for min 6 people and I come to you .

This time for my holiday classes I am combining my 2 loves…. Chocolate and terrariums🥰

Come and enjoy a fun afternoon of making your own edible terrarium.
Layer and make with 8 all the most delicious ingredients.
Use fondue and chocolate fudge to create plants and rocks and take your creation home in your own glass container.
Everything provided .
Very limited spaces each day.

And then finished the week with our amazing Tuapeka health team, enjoying a very well deserving rest and relax, for a very rainy Sunday chocolate and tiny treats class.

Mulled w**e, chocolate and cold winter weather….. perfect combo and again a lots of laughs and banter while we learnt how to make sweet treats.

Thanks so much team, for all you do at our medical centre and for coming and enjoying a wonderful afternoon together (while getting our minds off the wild weather event happening outside).

School holiday classes being posted this afternoon , so watch this space and as always huge thanks to The Wild Walnut for their cozy beautiful venue for my classes❣️

Then I was off to Gore to this fabulous jolly group for a chocolate and cheese class at their workplace. So many laughs and a lot of cheese was made and enjoyed. Thanks so much, you were a hoot to teach 😁

It’s been a busy few weeks with classes all over Otago and Southland.
Doing my regular master classes with Evie is always such a joy!
She had her friend Juniper join her for one and together they made an amazing 70 tiny desserts in 1.5 hours for their family and friends!
Amazing work girls and so many giggles 😊🥰

Stock your freezers for birthdays or just spoil yourself because you can (or throw a cheesecake party 😉).
