We are looking for an experienced, friendly, and energetic Barista to join our team!
About the Role
As a core member of our front-of-house team, you will split your time between crafting top-tier coffee and delivering warm, efficient service to our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
☕️ Extracting espresso, and texturing milk to high standards during busy peak periods.
🥖 Taking orders, operating the POS system, and managing cash/card transactions accurately.
🥯 Serving food, basic food prep, clearing tables, and maintaining a clean, welcoming cafe space.
🥧 Engaging with regulars and building positive connections with every customer who walks through the door.
🧼 Maintaining food safety and workplace hygiene standards.
What We’re Looking For;
☕️ Barista Experience: Minimum [1–2] years working in a fast-paced specialty coffee environment.
⭐️ Speed & Quality: Ability to keep up with high-volume morning rushes without compromising on milk texture or extraction quality.
😊 Customer Focus: A genuine passion for people, reliable teamwork, and a sunny attitude under pressure.
☀️ Flexibility: Availability to work weekend shifts and early mornings.
