od approach to running a restaurant. At present we are growing all our herbs and a selection of vegetables on the property. We are also lucky enough to have local friends and customers who grow delicious figs, persimmons, mushrooms, plums and heirloom berries, which they bring into the restaurant for us in lovely baskets. Our menu changes with the seasons, and there's always something delicious to see being prepared in our open kitchens. We have a great wine and beer list created by Ross Wilson (Olinda Cellars) that focuses on supporting smaller wineries, sharing secret finds and promoting Australian micro-breweries.
