It’s been a very long road getting to this point, so I’m happy to finally be able to say that!

Now it’s time to get familiar with the new setup and bring the Food Casa mobile kitchen to life👩‍🍳💜

Food Casa has been quiet the last few weeks. I honestly can't even begin to describe what's happened these past weeks on various fronts in business and life and the curve balls that get thrown at you. But so you know what I want most is to keep moving forward, even if that takes more time than I'd initially planned. While we've been building up over the past year, putting menus, websites, and systems in place, things are really just at the beginning. I'm here for a marathon not a sprint! So thank you to everyone, those who have shown their support for food casa and those who have loved our catering so far, Food Casa is still here and hitting a new phase!

A major milestone in the food trailer was made today, delays keep coming but I'll keep pushing forward and soon Food Casa will operate out of our own mobile kitchen ❤️
