From the time I got to stand beside my Grandpa learning the ropes of his home coffee machine, I've loved making great coffee. With courses and lots of practice under my belt, Beachside Barista is the next step in my journey to owning my own coffee shop in the future. Our family kombi, "Hippee" comes along for the ride and together we'll offer hot and cold drinks to our neighbourhood of Mullaloo and Ocean Reef. We're looking forward to meeting you, thanks for joining us on the journey.

Before we know it we’ll be out and about at carnivals and events, so it’s lovely to be at the park all week. We’re still brewing 5sensescoffee “Cabin Fever” seasonal blend and Harrison will be baking delicious Winter comfort treats.

Get yours this Saturday by pre-ordering by Thursday 10:30am. Cinnamon Swirl loaf ($18) or Harrison’s to die for Brookies - brownie cookies ($15 for 5). Comment, message or ask at the van or pop by Saturday for individual serves on sale.

Tread lightly Tuesday: part 2 of the coffee logs experiment. After a week of drying undercover, we tested 2 logs on a pretty established fire. Initially, it looked promising. They burnt a little bit on the outside, like a wood log burns and stayed together, but then the fire never took hold. The rest have been sent back to the drying rack for another week or two. Stay tuned … 🔥🪵
