About Us:
Groove Café is a vibrant local cafe known for our great coffee and friendly atmosphere. We are looking for a dedicated and skilled all-rounder to become a key part of our team.

The Role:
As a Front of House All-Rounder, you will be involved in all aspects of customer service. Your primary responsibilities will include:
· Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages.
· Taking orders, handling payments, and using the POS system.
· Providing exceptional, friendly customer service.
· Maintaining cleanliness and tidiness of the front-of-house area.
· Assisting with basic food preparation and presentation.

About You:
· Proven experience as a barista, with a passion for coffee.
· Previous experience in a customer-facing hospitality role.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work efficiently both in a team and independently.
· A positive, can-do attitude and a strong work ethic.
