According to Antonino there is no doubt we make the best traditional pizza in Melbourne and maybe even Italy he says jokingly. Each pizza made at Ferrari Pizza is made as if it were mine to eat Antonino says. We have always put a lot pride in what we do and achieving customer satisfaction is the greatest achievement of all. We have seen by the continued repeat business of our customers and increased business over the years that we have achieved this goal. Our secret is in the dough and quality pizza sauce but also putting fresh ingredients and using premium small goods also helps to the taste. The ingredients such as capsicums and mushrooms are cut by hand making Ferrari Pizzas chunky and juicy. Ferrari pizza dough is made on the premises every morning giving it plenty time to rise and therefore, allowing the pizza base to have a soft and tasty texture.
