As a mark of our deepest respect, Perasma will be closed on Tuesday 18th of August as we come together to honour and farewell a very dear friend, Mr Bill Sarris. Bill was truly a remarkable man, loyal supporter of our small business, and a deeply respected member of the Greek community.
Bill was far more than a familiar face at Perasma. He was someone whose presence carried strength, warmth and wisdom. A man we respected enormously, whose advice we valued, whose support we never took for granted, and whose friendship meant more to us than words can truly express.
Above all, he was a devoted family man, a loving husband, an exceptional father and a true friend to many. He carried himself with integrity, generosity and a quiet strength that earned him the love and respect of so many. He was the kind of man whose presence was felt when he entered a room, and whose absence will now be felt just as deeply.
We feel incredibly fortunate to have known Bill, to have shared so many conversations and moments with him, and to have called him our dear friend. His sudden passing has left us deeply heart broken, and our hearts are with his beautiful family and all those who love him.
May his memory be eternal.
