Last night, Mari and I were truly humbled to receive this Recognition of Community Partnership award from the Lake Tuggeranong Lions Club.

We never set out looking for recognition. We simply believe that if you’re in a position to help your community, you do what you can. Being able to support Operation Formal Wear through Brew on the Move, and showing appreciation to the incredible volunteers who give so much of their time, has been our privilege.

To be recognised for something we genuinely enjoy doing means more than words can express.

A huge thank you to the Lake Tuggeranong Lions Club for this honour, and congratulations to everyone recognised at the Changeover Dinner. We also want to acknowledge the amazing volunteers who work tirelessly behind the scenes—you’re the heart of our community.

Thank you for allowing us to play a small part. We look forward to continuing to support such a fantastic cause.
