I would like to thank locals that supported my venture for the time it was operating.
I have been given a unique opportunity to become a remote contract cook and also a station cook trainer in our beautiful outback. Opportunities like this come very rarely so i will be taking this and following where it takes me in the big beautiful country

Thank you everyone that came out on Friday night for meals.
We were overwhelmed at the response and were under prepared with a few issues in the kitchen happening behind the scenes that we tried to work through.
My background in the kitchen is pretty different to what i experienced on Friday night and its not my normal type of cooking.
I am not a professional cook or chef, i just love cooking and my usual kitchen experience is remote cooking for shearers, harvest and stations around the countryside so a big wake up call was had.
I was dissapointed for meals that went out to the standard i would normally never dish up and for those that didnt get theirs in a timely manner. Overall, i think majority were happy but it weighed on my mind as to those that missed the mark.
My beautiful friends that saved my bacon in the kitchen i could not have survived without you and i am ever so greatful to you both.
This Friday is market night so i have changed the menu up a bit incase we get swamped again. A post will be up on Wed when stores shopping is done.😊

While i have been busy getting organised for Friday nights launch, nachos was the best i could muster for dinner.
I would love you to try my home made salsa but i realise there is a few weirdos out there that dont like corriander.😄 i did make the guacamole with no corriander i promise 😊
