Established on Nowra's main street in 1923 by Ulrick Walsh and Stan Monaghan, the business originally offered stock and station agency services, real estate sales, valuations and property consultancy.

As the region evolved, so did the business. Today, Walsh & Monaghan is recognised as one of New South Wales' leading independent property valuation and consultancy firms, providing expert advice on everything from residential and commercial property through to specialised assets and major infrastructure projects for councils, government agencies, financiers and some of Australia's largest national and multinational organisations.
