This role is for someone who:
* Loves a great sandwich – you understand flavour, texture, balance, and care about every detail
* Loves people – you enjoy being part of a positive, team-first environment
* Loves a clean kitchen – you keep things tight, organised, and running smoothly
* Works well under pressure and brings good energy to service
* Has kitchen or café experience (preferred but not essential if the attitude is right)
What you’ll be doing:
* Making our signature sandwiches to a high standard, every time
* Prepping fresh ingredients and keeping things efficient during service
* Keeping the kitchen clean, organised, and running like clockwork
* Working with a small team who genuinely care about what they do
