Soon Terry & Michelle will be welcoming the newest member of the Old Salt family. The restaurant will be taking a short break, but you can still get your Old Salt fix right at your own table!

We’re bringing our kitchen to you with Old Salt At Home takeaway feasts. Think crispy crackling Porchetta, slow-braised lamb, duck fat potatoes, chicken liver parfait, and all our signature sauces.

We're back on the sand for Coastal Forage, Saturday 12th September. Ten courses, 5–6km of stunning coastal trail from M***a M***a Creek to Orion's Beach.

Terry is known far and wide for a heavy pinch of salt, but just how heavy is his hand? Guess the exact weight of a “Tezza Pinch” (hint: it’s somewhere between 0g & 12.0g). Guess it right to the nearest decimal place, and your next beer/drink is on us!

We're chefs by trade, so quality ingredients come first, always.

Everything we make is small batch, our still produces less than 200L at a time.

We support Australian farmers and follow the seasons, even in our beverages.

Our drinks are free from sulphites, additives, colours, and flavouring, gluten-free and all-natural. It takes more time, but it's worth it.

The first batch of 2026 Blood Oranges has officially landed! 🩸🍊

Pallet freshly delivered and straight into processing. These beautiful, NSW blood oranges are about to find their way into our Seltzer, Citrus Gin, and Triple Sec.

Nothing beats peak-season citrus when it’s picked fresh and packed with flavour.

Fresh batches are on the way to the taps and shelf very soon! 🥂

Living right down the road from the Navy base, we weren't about to cut any corners with our Navy Strength Gin.

Clocking in at 58% ABV, we loaded up the botanicals so the flavour hits just as hard as the proof. Our distilling team keeps it remarkably smooth on the palate, wrapping up with a subtle, sweet anise kick from garden-grown bronze fennel.
