One vermouth. Five ways to drink a Negroni.

For Negroni Week, we’ve worked with Spirito Santo Spirits ✞ across the menu, with every Negroni made using their Broken Heart vermouth. From the classic through to smoky, spirit-forward and sweeter takes on the drink.

A good vermouth gives you plenty to work with. We’ve had fun finding out where this one can go.
