WE’RE HIRING — BARISTA / ALL-ROUNDER ☕

Ellis’ Belly in Northcote is looking for a talented and friendly Barista / All-Rounder to join our team.

We’re looking for someone who:
• Has solid barista experience and can confidently make quality coffee
• Has good latte art skills
• Is friendly, reliable, and works well in a team
• Provides great customer service
• Is comfortable working in a fast-paced café environment

At Ellis’ Belly, we’re passionate about serving great food and coffee. We proudly use Market Lane Coffee and work with a La Marzocco espresso machine.

Monday–Friday: 7:30am–2:30pm
Saturday–Sunday: 8:00am–3:00pm

This week we're proudly serving Lomaverde by Market Lane Coffee—a beautiful single-origin coffee from the Echavarria family's farm in Santa Bárbara, Antioquia, Colombia. Grown at almost 2,000 metres above sea level, these beans are carefully cultivated and naturally processed to bring out their vibrant
character.
