We will be Closed on ANZAC day (25/4)

Somehow we still have bombs raining down from the sky, civilians casualties, people displaced form their homes. Years, decades, even centuries to build something, to see it gone in seconds.

ANZAC day we remember, not just the sacrifice of the past, but the cost of conflict that still exists in our present days.

And we hold onto the hope that compassion, humanity, and peace will prevail for all on Earth, both human and animalkind 🙏

*ɴᴇᴡ* Panko Prawn Glass Noodles Salad 🍤🥗

This dish is a fusion of ideas, and a love letter to Thai food 🇹🇭

First we bring back a cult favourite from the Loving Hut Northcote days ‘𝙘𝙧𝙪𝙢𝙗𝙚𝙙 𝙥𝙧𝙖𝙬𝙣𝙨’, and also pay homage to a popular prawn noodle salad dish from Thailand - Yum Woon Sen 🌱✨🙏

With unique glass noodles made from mung bean. They are perfect to soak up the tangy, salty, sweet, spicy harmony of Thai flavours ☸️

You also have cherry tomatoes, chinese celery, red onion slices shallots, peanuts, coriander and pickled daikon and pickled carrots. Served with our crunchy panko prawns.
