We are hiring!

Looking for a Chef de Partie or similar in a permanent part time basis to start (leading to full time in peak event season) across Firecracker Event and ONLYS.

We are a small but mighty team who prioritise simple, seasonal food and love creating/curating events.

Chef De Partie. We're looking for a skilled and reliable CDP to join our team in a permanent part-time role. This position is primarily event based - including event preparation, offsite catering, alongside service at ONLYS, our Northcote wine/snack bar, open (ONLYS) one night per week.

Fittingly, we hosted our annual staff party at Hannah St Hotel between two of our favourite days of the year: Valentine’s Day and Lunar New Year.

The beautiful food we create, the care behind every plate, and the seamless, generous service our guests feel all comes from this team. We’re so grateful for the people who make Firecracker what it is ❤️
