The Dino Dig. A kitchen that whilst had a shiny brand new oven almost ready to use, only the little white temperamental oven worked which made it a challenging kitchen. Had
A lot of my own equipment but on generator power it was only one plug in at a time.
Buffet Brekky, Shearers smoko Buffet Lunch Shearers arvo smoko Nibbley platters then Dinner made for long days .
An Awesome crew led by the amazing Mackenzie and guest that came from near and far to experience the Dig made it a fantastic couple of weeks. Sunsets, Sunrises, and brilliant weather and of course the Cook’s best friend who kept the Donkey going !!
