🦐 SEAFOOD BISQUE RETURNS! 🦐

This one is pretty close to my heart.

After returning home from cheffing in one of London’s top restaurants, I developed my own Seafood Bisque recipe over 15 years ago — and it went on to become a staple across multiple venues of mine throughout the years.

Rich, creamy and packed with beautiful seafood flavour, it’s one of those dishes that brings back plenty of memories from kitchens and menus gone by.
