Notice: Updated Trading Hours for Bite Me Restaurant

We are currently finalising our food preparation for reopening. Our online ordering website is still being updated and may not reflect the latest changes yet.

We will begin accepting reservations from Monday, 01/12/2025. To make a reservation, please call us directly at 0400 095 113.

We are currently unable to serve alcohol for the first few weeks while we are operating; as we are still waiting for our liquor licence approval.

We are almost ready to welcome you back! 🎉Our renovations are nearly complete, and we are in the final stages of updating our menu and finalizing all necessary permits for reopening.
At this stage, we are expecting to reopen sometime in November.

We’re getting closer to welcoming you back! 🎉 You’ll find us at our brand-new home: 302 Elizabeth Street, North Hobart (right across from the Shell petrol station – formerly Har Wee Yee Restaurant).

Our renovations are still in progress, and while things are taking a little longer than expected, we’re aiming to reopen in October 2025. 🛠️💛

Exciting News!!🎉🎉🎉

We’re thrilled to announce that BITE ME has found a NEW HOME! 🏠

Our new location is just around the corner at 302 ELIZABETH STREET- right opposite the petrol station.

To prepare for the move, WE’LL BE CLOSED FROM the 22ND JUNE as we begin the relocation process. While we’re NOT READY to REOPEN just yet, we’re AIMING to welcome you back in SEPTEMBER 2025.

Notice:

We have been trying our best. We’ve been informed that our rent will increase by over 50%. Despite our best efforts, negotiations were unsuccessful. Bite Me Restaurant will stop operating at 7/285 Elizabeth Street at the end of June. We’re now looking for a new location—stay tuned. We hope we will have your continued support.

Due to the wok gas stove faulty, we will be closed this afternoon lunch for wok stove repair. The business will resume back to normal this evening from 5 pm.
