After spending the last 12 months getting up at 3am on weekends to delights market goers at Yandina and Noosa Farmers market, Peter Roussos now happy to sleep in and walk down the Noosa foreshore to work at Eclipse. Peter has graced his presents and dozens of Noosa restaurants over the years and definitely has a real style, and special talent in balancing flavours while highlighting ones

that invoke emotional connections to the food we eat. With a list of restaurants from Melbourne, Mildura, Noosa, Cairns and Port Douglas he always held a special place here in Noosa for the life long friends and hungry followers for this latest venue of best of dishes and flavours.
