🚨🔥 HOLY SMOKES FAMILY… WE ARE HANGING IN THERE!!!!😂🐷

Well, guys… Monica is STILL out of commission🏥❤️

It turns out when you take The Boss Lady out of action, things get a little chaotic around here! 🤣 Between running a business, feeding our ridiculously large family and trying to remember who’s supposed to be doing what… let’s just say it’s been an interesting week! 😂

BUT GUESS WHAT?! WE MADE IT TO FRIDAY!!! 🙌🔥

Now it’s time to finish the week strong and kick off the weekend with an absolute RIPPER of a service tonight!

We need to show Monica that we can hold the fort without her (even if we’re only JUST holding it together! 🤣) and give her some GREAT news while she’s recovering in hospital! ❤️

So, Darwin… WE NEED YOU TONIGHT! 🔥🔥🔥

📍 NIGHTCLIFF FORESHORE
⏰ FROM 5:30PM

We’ll have all your Holy Smokes favourites ready to go, packed with all that low-and-slow goodness you know and love! 🤤🥩🍗

And here’s the funny part… 👀

While Monica has been in hospital, you’d think she’d be resting, recovering and letting everyone else worry about the business, right?!

HAHAHAHA… YEAH, NAH! 🤣🤣

Instead, The Boss Lady has been coming up with NEW RECIPE IDEAS! 👩‍🍳🔥

Because apparently, even a hospital bed can’t stop this woman from plotting new ways to feed Darwin! 😂

NEW IDEAS ARE BREWING, FOLKS! 👀🔥 Stay tuned… you never know what she’s going to come up with next!

So let’s pack out the Foreshore tonight, show the team some love and give Monica some fantastic news to wake up to! ❤️

Because let’s be honest… she might be in hospital, but we guarantee she’ll still want to know how many sausages we sold, what sold out first and what did we stuff up! 🤣📊

LET’S MAKE THE BOSS LADY PROUD, DARWIN! 💪🔥

See you tonight from 5:30pm at the Nightcliff Foreshore!

❤️🐷 HOLY SMOKES BBQ — KEEPING THE SMOKE ROLLING, EVEN WHEN THE BOSS IS OUT OF ACTION! 🔥🔥🔥

🚨 HOLY SMOKES FAMILY… WE HAVE A PROBLEM! 🚨😂

So far, Monica has only missed ONE SHIFT…

…and LOOK WHAT HAPPENS!!! 🤦‍♀️😂🔥

Yesterday’s evidence from the trailer says it all — MORE WASTED FOOD! 😭

And to make matters worse… people in Palmerston actually MISSED OUT ON THEIR SAUSAGES! 😱

Coincidence?
We think NOT. 😂

Apparently Monica being out of action is already having catastrophic consequences for the Holy Smokes operation. Who knew one woman with a laptop could hold this whole thing together?! 🤣

So… let’s see how the team goes TODAY at the Nightcliff Foreshore! 👀

🔥 THURSDAY NIGHT IS ON! 🔥
📍 Nightcliff Foreshore — our usual spot
⏰ From 5:30pm

And just a VERY important reminder…

👉 MONICA WILL NOT BE THERE. 😂

So please, Holy Smokes Family… TAKE IT EASY ON THE TEAM! 🙏🤣

They are already under enough pressure trying to keep everything running without the woman behind the scenes yelling about food waste, sausages, stock, socials, orders, emails, and probably about 47 other things. 😂

We genuinely appreciate your kindness, patience and support while Monica takes some time out to recover. ❤️

Be nice to the crew tonight…

They’re doing their best without their boss lady! 😂🔥

Come hungry, come hungry, and PLEASE… DON’T MAKE THEM PANIC! 🤣

See you at the Foreshore from 5:30pm! 🌅🔥🐷

🔥 HOLY SMOKES FAMILY — WE’VE GOT SOME NEWS! 🔥

We’ve got some great news… and some not-so-great news. 😬😂

First, the GOOD news! 🙌
With the wet season upon us, we’re adding an extra night at Nightcliff Foreshore! 🎉

So from now on, you can find the Holy Smokes crew 4 nights a week:

📍 WEDNESDAY — Sanctuary Lakes
⏰ From 5:00pm

📍 THURSDAY — Nightcliff Foreshore
⏰ From 5:30pm

📍 FRIDAY — Nightcliff Foreshore
⏰ From 5:30pm

📍 SUNDAY — Nightcliff Foreshore
⏰ From 5:30pm

That’s FOUR nights of smoky goodness! 🔥🍖

As always, make sure you’re following our socials because the Darwin weather has a mind of its own 🌧️😂 and schedules can sometimes change.

Now for the not-so-great news… 🥺

Monica is going to be out of action for a few weeks while she takes some time to recover.

BUT… don’t worry! ❤️
The Holy Smokes Team has got this covered and will continue serving up all your favourites while Monica takes a little time out.

And knowing Monica… she’ll still be “running things” from behind the scenes 😂💻
Because apparently even being out of action doesn’t mean she knows how to switch off! 🤣

A HUGE thank you in advance for your continued support and understanding. ❤️

Now enough talking… SEE YOU ALL AT SANCTUARY LAKES TONIGHT! 🔥🍖

🥩🔥 JUST A LITTLE BRISKET REMINDER! 🔥🥩

Ever wonder how we keep our chopped brisket fresh and ready to serve at the trailer?

After that long low & slow smoke, we chop our brisket and vacuum seal it to lock in all that smoky goodness and moisture. 🤤

When it’s time to serve, we’re opening up those freshly sealed packs and getting that delicious brisket straight onto your plate! 🔥

It’s all about keeping the brisket fresh, juicy and packed with flavour just the way we like it! ❤️‍🔥

Low & slow. Freshly sealed. Ready for you. 🥩🔥
