Bliss & Chips is the world's first gluten-free vegan "fish" & chip shop. It is located on King Street in Newtown, Sydney, Australia. Bliss & Chips has most of the options you would find at a old-school fish & chip shop except the food is plant-based & gluten-free. As well as 'seafood', burgers & "pluto pups" there's deep fried pizza and vegan chocolate bars (the deep-fried Jokerz is amazzzzing!) A

ll but 3 items are gluten-free, and they're cooked in a separate fryer. Bliss & Chips uses gluten-free flour, burger buns & quinoa for the tabouli. It costs a little more than wheat products, but we think we've still sourced the best of the best. Hoping to expand the menu with more tasty options in the near future!
