We are tired of making "content". Please come to our eatery and and get a decent feed! Hee Hee

This week specials:
I found some fresh Aussie Ocean Trout, not frozen which is rare these days. I rubbed it with Recheado, a Goan Portuguese inspired Marsala mix. I than stuffed the fish with coconut sambal, lemongrass, kaffir leaves, ginger and lemons all wrapped in a banana leaf ready to be steamed and finished on the grill.

There is Duck Leg Confit simmered in a fresh coconutty malay-inspired curry with fresh pineapple.

For a warm salad, we caramilsed some minced pork and tossed it with pomelo, cucumber, tomates, red onions, cos, lettuce and toasted glutinous rice powder in a Thai inspired lemony chili dressing.

Dang!!

When I am craving a noodle dish on cold nights, Dan Dan noodles are often on top of my list.

An iconic Sichuan dish, adapted to this version now serving as an Indi-Kitch's weekly special.

Using shredded duck, chewy egg pappardelle, eggplant, sh*take mushroom, heaped with fresh coriander and spring onions tossed in a 5-star spice, sichuan peppers and chinese sesame paste.

Winter at our doors, our bodies seeking nourishment & care. I love coming home to a warm bowl of lentils, warming my belly and feeding me with much-needed proteins, fibre, vitamins & minerals. Living up to Indi Kitch's 'home-style' cooking, we are preparing some lentil dishes.

Feed them Lentils: warm some dhal makhani, toast some sourdough, load on spinach, tomatoes, feta, onions, laddle some makhani, a couple of poached eggs...
