Please note that all KOSUKE RAMEN locations will be temporarily closed during the following period:

April 21 (Tue) – May 3 (Sun)

This closure is due to the owner attending business meetings in Japan.

Reopening schedule:
• Lane Cove: Tuesday, May 5
• North Strathfield / Rosebery / Newington: Wednesday, May 6

We sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused and truly appreciate your understanding and continued support.

HI, Sorry for valued customers who can only visit and have free time on weekends. Rosebery business hours have been updated from this week, and we will now try opening the weekend to see if we can control the busyness or not.

We have practised and tested for three weeks at the new place with a few new team members. Now, we feel like we will be able to handle the busyness.
Please try the new/revised ramen and tsukemen only available in Rosebery.

HI, Sorry for valued customers who can only visit and have free time on weekends. Rosebery business hours have been updated from this week, and we will now try opening the weekend to see if we can control the busyness or not.

Hi, Sorry for announcing too suddenly!but from today(Tuesday,27th), KOSUKE Revised in Rosebery will open as soft opening, so if you are nearby or have a free time, please come and visit this place! Revised and developed special ramen and Tsukemen are available at only this Rosebery shop!

Owner chef(KOSUKE)will come and serve one of the best Ramens & Tsukemen in Australia at this "Revised in Rosebery"

For a while, business days will be only between Tuesday&Friday since North Strathfield So-Honten is currently super busy.
