This is El Séparo, a Cup of Excellence winner that placed in the top 10 coffees in all of Mexico. Grown by Senén and Monika Sampieri at 1400m, honey-processed and roasted by our mates at FL**ZY COFFEE ROASTERS. Think cherry starburst, melon and creamed honey. Sweet, delicate and a little different to your usual.⁠
