Although the kitchen is very small and demand may be high, Asa-Don ensures that all dishes are fresh and carefully prepared and well worth the wait. As Asa-Don is mainly a take-away outlet, seating is quite limited. We encourage you to dine as early as possible in the evening, as we close at 8 PM during the week and 9 PM on Saturdays. Occasionally, Asa-Don caters for special occasions and variatio

Hi all!
While we slowly vacate our Asa-Don premises, we are selling our beloved;
- Japanese crockery (brand new and second hand, hand made in Kyoto and Kyushu),
- furniture (antique tables and chairs),
- kitchen appliances (fridges, 6 burner gas stove, dishwasher, rice cookers etc).

If you are interested in anything please come by! We will only be taking cash only (as we are also selling our register). There will be no ‘holds’ or pre day purchases.

We’re closing our doors on August 12. Here’s a note from Asako, the owner of Asa-Don:

It’s been 13 years give or take, and I am truly thankful for all of our customers who have came through our doors.

I thought I had a little more in me to keep Asa-Don going, but unfortunately it’s time to say goodbye. Even with all of the helping hand I’ve had over the years, my own arthritic hands have finally given up on me.

So this is it❣️ Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I love you all!💕

ほとんど13年、来ていただいていたお客さんには本当にありがとう。
もう少しがんばれると思っていたけど、もう手がげんかいです。
10年前からだましだましで、他の人達に助けてもらってやってきたけど、関節炎で手がひめいをあげています。
だから、もうおわり❣️
